We developed this in house and have continued its development to include customer ticketing, change and capacity management, bandwidth utilisation, visitor access and goods handling, all designed to help our customers maintain their business critical services and ensure them 100% uptime.
We have also invested in an MID compliant solution to ensure our customer are given options for paying for electricity consumption on either a commitment or an ‘as used’ capacity model. Service is included, meaning that our customers can collocate and have fixed monthly bills for the duration of their contract, regardless of how many cross connects, installations, faults and visits they may want.
Our additional services, delivered by our rich partner eco-system include cloud, connectivity, service – using our service desk skills to support external client IT environments, and more recently security products from world leading organisations help to ensure your IT remains cyber as well as physically protected.

David’s role is to lead MIGSOLV and ensure we continue to deliver our clients the very best protection and customer service. David has over 25 years’ experience in data centre environments, including designing, building and operating facilities across the world for some of the biggest names in retail, banking and IT.
