An Overview of our Ethics Policy

Our Ethics Policy requires all employees to comply with all applicable legal requirements and the high ethical standards followed by the company. MigSolv is committed to creating a working environment of mutual trust in which diversity and inclusion are valued. Employees are recruited, selected and developed on merit, irrespective of race, colour, religion, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, marital status or disability.

This asks the employee to determine whether or not the gift is appropriate based on intent, frequency, legality, compliance with the other person’s company rules, transparency, (i.e. would the employee be embarrassed if his or her manager became aware), and hypocrisy.
